The Cooper-Siegel Community Library is an independent 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. The majority of our funding comes from Fox Chapel Borough, the Allegheny County Regional Asset District (RAD) and the Commonwealth of PA. Additional funding is provided by Aspinwall Borough, Blawnox Borough, Indiana Township, O’Hara Township, Sharpsburg Borough and our patrons. We rely on your financial support to provide the high-quality resources, programs and services you’ve come to expect.
