Kids, Teens, & Families

“Cooper-Siegel and Sharpsburg Community Libraries provide engaging, entertaining, and educational programs for ages birth – 18 years old and their families. Most of our programs are free for families. We seek to support the library’s mission of “cultivating a community of lifelong learners” and providing out-of-school learning opportunities and ways to connect with other kids, teens, and adults. Both locations have play spaces for children and teen spaces for studying and hanging out with friends. We have a wide variety of different materials for checking out from the library including books, DVDs, and video games. Our staff love to talk about books and other media and we are always willing to give recommendations.”
